Palawan is an island province of the Philippines. Palawan is made up of 1768 islands and is the second largest province of the Philippines, being the home of Lofty Mountains, Rainforests, and the World's Longest Underground River. Palawan is one of the Last Unexplored Islands in the Pacific, as well as the location of the 1997 James Bond thriller "Tomorrow Never Dies." Jacques Cousteau remarked that Palawan was the most beautiful place he ever explored.
About the climate on the islands of Palawan, the east coast has 4 months of dry season with rain possibility during the other 8 months. At our place, November and December are the wettest months. The west coast has 6 months dry and 6 months wet season. Sea travel between the islands is best between April to June. Then the ocean is calm and flat as a mirror. I could not go so far in Palawan, but some friends of mine have done it and when they got home they told me how nice it was. Seeking information about the Palawan on the internet, they advised me to not pay attentiont on the pictures because they give me a lot of beautiful pictures from Palawan and because the reality is much better. The hotels are actually called cottages and they are very clean with all the confort , and ideally located in front of one of the beach, which can actually be considered as your own private beach. If u if you're good and you want, you can practice Snorkeling, scuba diving and lots of fun activities. Also u can plan different trips on others islands. What could I say about the stuff from the Hotels, hmm…my friends tell me that they are very friendly, actually it was very sad for them to leave this little paradise called Palawan. Enjoy some beautiful pictures from Palawan Island:
